No question about it, things happen which are outside one’s control.
Today I share some tips to help you to remain positive:
- Associate yourself with people who like you, are positive. ➕👀 Ignore any negative people, not always easy but you have a choice of who you let in your life!
- Turn off the news channel. 📻📺🎙️ Be selective to what you listen to and when.
- Make time to show compassion for yourself. ❤️🤗 Block out your calendar. Do some exercise and/or read a book.
- Put together a: Happy box (not to be confused with a memory box). Every time you feel the blues you can open your happy box, reminding yourself of what you personally appreciate in your life.
- Regularly review your vision board and your affirmations.
- Remember without you there is no business so keep growing. 💗🎋
