No question about it, things happen which are outside one’s control.

Today I share some tips to help you to remain positive:

  1. Β Associate yourself with people who like you, are positive.Β  βž•πŸ‘€ Ignore any negative people, not always easy but you have a choice of who you let in your life!
  2. Turn off the news channel.Β  πŸ“»πŸ“ΊπŸŽ™οΈ Be selective to what you listen to and when.
  3. Make time to show compassion for yourself. β€οΈπŸ€— Block out your calendar.Β  Do some exercise and/or read a book.
  4. Put together a:Β  Happy box (not to be confused with a memory box).Β  Every time you feel the blues you can open your happy box, reminding yourself of what you personally appreciate in your life.
  5. Regularly review your vision board and your affirmations.
  6. Remember without you there is no business so keep growing. πŸ’—πŸŽ‹
