I enjoy doing a little gardening, swimming and yoga.
We live near the coast so at every opportunity Layla and I take advantage of running along the beach, weather permitting naturally.
Sometimes I pretend that I am drowning so then Layla comes chasing in to save me …. a little naughty I know but we both love it!
